Tolle Anlage und wirklich besonders nette Mitarbeiter. Alles 5 Sterne! Kleine Abstriche: Die Dinner - Karte sollte mehr Abwechslung bieten und es war nicht einfach "Twin Beds" statt Doppelbett zu bekommen. Was man auch wissen sollte: Die Anlage ist fantastisch für Sonne und Erholung, aber die Lage nicht gerade günstig zur Erkundung "echt" markokanischer Städte - die Fahrt nach Tiznit dauert über 2 Stunden. Taghazout und Aourir sind sehr klein und Agadir ist eine nichtssagende Stadt.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Preis Leistung stehen in einem guten Verhältnis. Schade ist, dass das Strandrestaurant, welches nach Beschrieb auch abends offen sein sollte in Wirklichkeit um 18:00 schliesst. Der Strand ist sauber und es sind auch genügend Liegestühle vorhanden. Der Zustand könnte allerdings besser sein.

Das Paradis Plage Hotel rühmt sich online ein luxuriöses Yoga & Spa Hotel mit Fokus auf gesunder Ernährung zu sein. Es ist maximal ein 3-Sterne-Familienhotel in dem Ruhe (Kinder auch im Whirlpool des Zen-Garten) & Luxus gänzlich fehlen. Die Zimmer sind schön und geräumig, aber im Badezimmer hört der Luxus auf: gammliges Silikon in der Dusche, gebrochene Fliesen und ein gebrochener Dusch-Kopf - das sogar in der Präsidentensuite! Das Frühstück ist jeden Tag das gleiche, wenig gesund, nie Nüsse oder Avocados oder die Vielfalt an Früchten, die das Land ausmacht. Das Abend-Buffet für 27€/Person ist für die Qualität der Speisen und null marokk. Ambiente überteuert. Sowohl morgens als auch abends bevölkern reudige Straßenkatzen den Speisebereich. Am Tag unserer Abreise gingen wir wesentlich früher zum Frühstück - und sehen wie die KATZEN im eingerollten Teppich im Speisesaal schlafen und eine davon wie sie AUS DEM REISSALAT AM BUFFET FRISST! Das Hotelpersonal schert sich nicht annähernd um dieses extrem unhygienische Problem, scheucht die Katze nur sporadisch vom Buffettisch als wir sie darauf aufmerksam machen. Da vergeht einem der Appetit. Gut, dass wir diese Entdeckung erst am Tag der Abreise gemacht haben, sonst hätten wir mit Sicherheit den ganzen Urlaub lang nichts gegessen. Geschirr: kein Schälchen, keine Tasse, kein Teller ist heil. Alles ist an mind. einer Stelle angebrochen - kein 5-Sterne-Standard! Strand = nur Steine, keine schöne Liegefläche.

We thank you for your message, we kindly noted your remarks. The hotel is a 5 star resort with Eco and Organic accreditation. We are part of the landscape and use the beach as it is. Indeed there are cats around that are sterilized and taking care of by association, but killing animals is not a solution so we are dealing with it as we can. We never had such complaints before but are happy to note them and do our best to satisfy you. There is overnight a moroccan buffet in the Ocean Restaurant. Kind regards

Wir hatten mehr erwartet
Wir hatten über das Bidding einen up-Grade für eine sehr grosszügige Junior Suite erhalten, die modern und ansprechend eingerichtet war, leider jedoch über keine Terasse verfügte. Die Anlage ist schön angelegt, der Pool aber eher klein und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Liegeplätze in der Nähe des Meetes könnten ansprechender gestaltet sein. Am Meisten hat uns gestört, dass der Service verschiedener Abteilungen, mit Ausnahme des kleineren Innenrestaurants, mehrheitlich eher unfreundlich war und man sich nicht willkommen fühlte. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhalltig. Am Strandrestaurant muss man das Essen für den Abend bereits bis 12 h bestellen, was wir noch nie erlebt haben. Der Leiter des Strandrestaurants war unfreundlich und stauchte den freundlichen Trainee vor den Gästen zusammen.

Name ist Program!
Wir, meine 2 Töchter und ich haben eine Woche im Paradise Plage verbracht. Sehr schön autenthisch marrokanisch eingerichtetetes Hotel direkt am Strand. Die Anlage macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck und die Staff war überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben das Hotel nach dem Schwerpunkten relaxen und Strand für meine Töchter und Surfen und Yoga für mich ausgesucht. Wie gesagt liegt das Hotel direkt an einem sehr langen Strand. ein privater Bereich ist dort für die Hotelgäste abgesteckt. Über die Meinung zu privaten Stränen kann man geteilter Meinung sein, auf jeden Fall wird man so auf jeden Fall von den manchmal recht aufdringlichen fliegenden Händlern in Ruhe gelassen. Wenn nach Souveniers, Kamel oder Pferdereiten am Strand Wellenreiten: Surfen (für erfahrene Surfer) war leider nicht uninteressant, da zu dieser Zeit die Wellenhöhe 0,7 m nie überschritt. Für Anfänger wäre zum wellenreiten lernen sicher sehr gute Bedingungen gewesen. Die angeschlossene Surfschule machte einen sehr professionellen und freundlichen Eindruck. Des weiteren wurde Fitness in form eines Outdoor und Indoor Centers angeboten. Für funktionelle Fitness war alles vorhanden und auch ungewohnliche Geräte zum Hangeln etc. ist vorhanden.

Schön aber anders als erwsrtet
Von der Beschreibung und den Bildern habe ich eine etwas Alternative, moderne hotelanlage, Zielpublilum Erwachsene, Yoga und Surf interessierte erwartet. Stattdessen kam eine sehr auf Kinder ausgerichtete, standardisierte große Hotelanlage. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und verfügen über jeden Komfort. Das Hotel ist luxuriös und charmant eingerichtet.

Perfect place to relax
My best friend and I had a wonderful time there. The hotel complex was quite big but really nice. We stayed in a simple, but clean and very nice, modern suite with a great balcony/terrace with a great view to the sea. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They spoke mainly French but were also able to communicate in English or in German with us and the other guests. Surely some of the employees also know to speak other languages. The pool area was not all to big but still very inviting to either relax, get a nice sun tan or go for a quick dive in the pool. The beach is nice and tidy but quite windy (well-known to surfers), hence you don't have the feeling you are getting completely roasted under the sun. There wasn't any local food served at the restaurant - it was rather French and international cuisine. The dishes were delicious but priced rather on the high side which is normal for a hotel in this category. 2 Downsides: There were 2 shops for clothes and swimming gear but unfotunately there were no possibilities to buy some beverages, some snacks/food (to take up to the room) at an in-house store. The wifi was only available in our room and the signal was rather weak - no chance for streaming or downloading big things from the internet. I do have to point out that we were there end May 2013, i.e. outside of the the holiday season, thus there were only a few guests there which was perfect for us.

Das Hotel ist sehr emphelenswert! Wir waren dort leider nur für eine Woche; hätten locker länger bleiben können. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite. Was für uns drei, meine Frau, ich, und unsere 1 Jahr alte Tochter ideal war. Das Hotel hat ein Babybett bereitgestellt; was super war. Das Zimmer war auf der 2. Etage mit Blick auf's Meer. Eine kleine Küche war auch drin, was gut war um das Babyessen vorzubereiten. Das Hotel selbst ist am Strand gelegen, allerdings 45 min vom Flugplatz. Der Pool ist schön und alles ist sauber und in Ordnung. Das Hotel hat ein Restaurant was sehr gut ist und es gibt ein paar kleinere 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Spa ist schön und die Behandlungen bezahlbar und erholsam. Wir hatten ein Hammambad und das war super!!!

The location of this property, so close to the beach, and it’s overall layout and set up suggests it should be a place to truly unwind and relax. Unfortunately, PP has some serious flaws, in particular the quality of food at its restaurants really is not at an acceptable standard. We had three meals and all were poor; lukewarm food with little quality. We ended up leaving the property to find better fare - Happy Calamar and Quartiere D’Ete were both excellent and close by. The other major annoyance at Paradis Plage was the preponderance of wild dogs and cats that roamed the property. We even had one stray dog try and enter our room through our open sliding doors. Not ideal! Mealtimes were therefore somewhat daunting given various animals appearing at your table looking for food. And lastly, service was patchy at best in all the various bars and restaurants. There were some positives - the Yoga classes, hosted by Karsten were superb. The surf was also excellent for body boarding and surfing. The pool area also seemed to be very suitable for the many young children who were staying at Paradis Plage. Sadly, overall, I can’t recommend Paradis Plage - despite great potential it doesn’t deliver the experience it should do. Avoid.

I was lucky to travel a lot through the years, and stayed in many hotels s Probably Paradis Plage it has to go down as my top 3 favourite ever. Great reception, super helpful Walid and Kamal. Top bar outlets, guys at the Bars inside and beach front were wonderful. Inspiring architecture. Best meals I’ve ever had on holidays, freshly catches daily fish. Luxurious and perfectly cleaned suits. Punctual maintenance department. Thank you to Momo at the bar, him and rest of catering guys ( breakfast, girls at the omelette section, etc...) Thank you all. Paradise Plage was great for those who like a bit of luxury. Apartment fab, breakfast phenomenol. However, none of the activities were included in the price - which was on the high side - not even the yoga! All are extra and are not cheap! Despite that, my family and I had a wonderful time. There are something like 5 restaurants on the site, all serving similar food, but none have more than one or two vegetarian options and no vegan ones. Breakfast included loads of options, but these were forgotten when it came to lunch or dinner - which was a shame as it meant we had to leave to eat and go to the next town 6 km away. We did eat on a few occasions and asked for things to be adapted from the menu, which the staff were happy to do. Overall, it was a lovely stay, but not one for a plant-based diet or those on a budget!

The hotel is great for its vibes and location, staff service is average. I had a problem at the check in because we didn’t find the requests we asked for concerning the bedding and for the special request about preparing something for our honeymoon stay. The room was missing a lot of love details for a newly married couple. Overall food is good at the restaurant and beach bar. Other than that i asked for a late checkout and did not have it( they said it’s unfortunately not possible). Not the service value i was expecting from this hotel, its quite deceiving

Great location by the beach, some of the restaurant and bar staff need some better training on smiling more with customers and doing a better job with the there service. Sone are really good and some act like there forced to work there.

Amazing!!!!
My stay here was incredible. It was even better than expected, and even exceeded the photos! It is so beautiful and peaceful, i felt very refreshed after my stay. The private beach is lovely, the pool is great and all the people that work there are super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and had so many different things to choose from. It is a very big resort with loads to do there. However, please note that it is literally in the middle of nowhere with only a couple of small resturants and small shops around. The yoga is amazing, carston is an amazing teacher and so passionate about yoga. Not to mention the incredible yoga chalet on the beach facing the sea. Overall, i would 100% recommend this resort to friends and family. I would like to go back, which i have never felt about any hotel before. If youre unsure to book, dont hesitate and book now!!!

We are sorry that the sewage smell bothered you and you had to cope with it, in our efforts to not use tremendous water resources we are filtering the water waste for gardening reasons, and our technical team is very efficient in addressing the problem.

Had a lovely stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Most spoke very good English, some only spoke French but there was always someone around to help if needed. Excellent facilities. I loved the gym, the resident PT was very helpful and knowledgeable. The yoga shala and teacher were fantastic, surf house and instructors were great. Beach was wonderful, lovely private section. Always more than enough sun loungers and bean bags. Security at the perimeter, also very friendly. Lots of ‘sellers’ on the beach but no one hassled you if you said no. Everyone wanted to chat to you and were interested in where you were from but also left you alone if you didn’t want to talk. Dining was great. Buffet breakfast was amazing, so many options. I’m vegan, there weren’t many options on the dinner menus but a chat with a really helpful member of the restaurant team and he gave me vegan options I could order every night. Food was wonderful. Suggest taking your own teabags with you, hard to get a decent cuppa otherwise. Take your own tea/coffee/sugar for the room if you like to have a cuppa. Don’t take any notice of the timetables given on the app or online. The up to date timetables are on notice boards around the resort. I got caught out a couple of times until I realised. Also didn’t need to book most things 24 hours in advance as stated, you could just turn up without pre booking, which was very helpful. Very clean, very safe, would come back here again for sure.

Yoga with Karsten and front desk and waiters were exceptional. Love the 3 daily yoga classes with Karsten. View was magnificent and Karsten made our stay magical. Aziz at the front desk was most courteous bellman I have ever encountered. Entire staff bent over backwards to accommodate us and make us feel at home and very special. This place is a must do adventure. We took surf lessons at a nearby surf camp and went to the sand dunes an hour away on the beach which was even more spectacular then anything we have experienced. Local street food vendors grilled up tasty fish on the grill for $4 with Salads and veggies. Amazing. All around a place for all to experience. Paradise in Morocco. Cool weather at nights and 30 F degrees less than Marrakesh. Enjoy.
