"We travelled with our toddler looking for some time to rest as a family. Before booking I called the hotel to understand if the kids club was available for my child indicating the dates that we were deciding to book. By phone i was informed that the kids club was operated by an external party, but it was available for guests during the time I indicated. Surprisingly when we checked in I asked about the kids club operating time and I was informed that it was closed because it was school period in France (?). We were incredibly unlucky with the weather, and with the erroneous information about the kids club, suffice to say that we had to be very creative on how to entertain a toddler inside (as there were also no activities planned for children and the heated pool was also unavailable for children). We tried to get the best out of it, and enjoy our time as a family nonetheless. The staff was, on its majority, nice but if you are planning to travel with small children be mindful that this resort can be very boring for them."
