Only a 15-minute walk separates you from the beach and centre of town with all of the shops, restaurants, and nightlife that is well-known to Tamarindo. The complex also has a pool allowing for a refreshing dip at the hottest times of the day! It has everything for a perfect, relaxing, and memorable vacation.

This property is the newest building that is part of the already well-established Gaviotas Condominium in a quiet area of town.

This spacious, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom modern condominium is on the 2nd floor, with an open concept living space that is perfect for families or a small group of friends hoping for a quiet, relaxing time.

The master suite is equipped with a king size bed with its own full bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be placed together to make a king size bed. For additional guests, there is an air mattress that can be provided if requested in advance. Both rooms are equipped with energy efficient air conditioning, perfect for those hot days in Tamarindo and a flat screen TV. The open living space has plenty of seating for families and groups to enjoy and wind down, chit chat, or watch TV on the flat screen, smart TV. Cooks can conjure up gourmet meals and enjoy them on the oversized balcony and remote workers can work connected to our high speed internet, surrounded by nature and howler monkeys.

Guests will have full access to all areas of the condominium. In the common areas, take full advantage of cooling off in the refreshing swimming pool and its cool water jacuzzi. Also don't forget to explore the roof top - bring some beach blankets and have a picnic with 360 views of the area or star gaze and just let time pass by.

The condominium is in a quiet area of Tamarindo away from the hustle and bustle of it all. A 15-20 minute walk will take you to the centre of town and the beach. For comfort and ease, guests can also rent golf carts and cars, subject to availability by the providers.

Parking can be found on the side of the street - it is not guarded or protected. So we encourage guests to use caution when bringing your own transportation.

This property is one of the few units in this quaint complex, away from the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo. A 15-20 minute walk will take you into the centre of Tamarindo, where you can enjoy various restaurants, shops and of course the beach! The beach is perfect for swimming, wading in the natural tide pools during low tide, and enjoying the surf whether you are a beginner or more experienced. The proximity to everything is perfect for those who want to benefit from all the amenities Tamarindo has to offer, yet it is in a quiet area of town allowing those who want to wind down and relax to fully rejuvenate.

Although everything is in walkable distance, a golf cart or bike rental will allow you to explore the area with more ease – you never know when you might have an impromptu shopping spree! For those who want more accessibility, car rentals or private shuttles are also available, but not necessary. Please contact us for reservations.

On occasion during drought season the area experiences scheduled water conservation periods, where guests may experience some water shortage. This unit has a water reservoir tank and pump, thus this should not affect guests. However, in extenuating circumstances, this is a possibility. Either way, if you feel it is out of the ordinary, please let us know so that we can assess it.

- guests can have up to 2 visitors during the day only until 7pm
•⁠ ⁠Only listed guests are allowed to stay past 7:00 pm.
•⁠ ⁠Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of the last night's rate.
•⁠ ⁠Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
•⁠ ⁠In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
