Inside, the open-concept living and dining area features comfortable furnishings and a clean, contemporary design. Relax with a movie on the Smart TV or open the sliding doors to welcome the tropical breeze. Large windows bring in natural light and connect the interior with the surrounding gardens.



The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, and an island with three stools. Whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, you’ll have a convenient space to cook before gathering indoors or dining on the ocean-view terrace.



Two Welcoming Bedrooms



The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a Smart TV, and a private en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom includes bunk beds with double-size mattresses, providing a comfortable setup for additional guests. Both bedrooms have large windows and blackout curtains for a restful stay.

Casa de la Perla is located just 1/4 mile uphill from downtown Tamarindo, making it easy to enjoy everything the town has to offer while returning to a peaceful setting. Most of the access road was recently paved, improving access for all types of cars and making getting around by golf cart convenient as well.
