Good to know:
VIlla Abuelos is located in a private gated community with guards each night. From the Villa it only takes you 5 minutes walking to the next bakery (Utopia or Masa Madre), 10 minutes walking to the center of town, and 15 minutes walking to the beach.
It's important to know that Tamarindo is a developing zone and you'll find constructions all around.
Please keep in mind that the Villa was just finished in February and is not yet equipped with curtains or blinds and only basic furniture. So it is bright. It is also missing still one door in the half bathroom and the masterbathroom and some minor details. But the master has a separate door to the rest of the Villa. You see all in the pictures. Also the garden and landscaping are not finished yet. But inside everything is brand new from house, to beds, appliances etc.

The area:
In a private neighborhood with guards from 7 pm to 5 am. Access by car all the way to the Villa Parking next to the villa. Steps are leading the way into the villa. Please park on the gravel leading to the stairs in the garden. The other side of the townhouse at the roundabout si another unity. Please dont use that area.
During the day please use the side entrance into the private community Norma. At night use the main gate where a guard will be located.
