„Black Diamond Retreat was a wonderful place for a family gathering. Both indoor and outdoor areas were spacious and gave everyone room to spread out and wander. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit every evening and playing corn hole and bocci outside as well. „The house is nice, could have been a little cleaner, especially outside seating areas. Ground level has no AC unit and could use a dehumidifier for sure, and there are only 2 AC units in the whole house, does not Keep whole house cool. The hottest day we had there it was 82 degrees in the house with both units on. Not comfortable at all, BBQ is old and has issues. Somebody had to come out and fix the BBQ and the AC unit. BBQ was successful and AC unit just stopped leaking but still did not cool ...
