„Room clean, close to train ( 10 mins walk), close to shops, amenities great such as wifi, washing machine with dryer, kitchen (Beware not many utensils), fridge, nice shower... Overall all what was promised (beware it's only small- a family of 4 fits nicely but no more)“

„Great sized room for our family in a fun location in Tokyo. I was slightly apprehensive about the “unmanned” aspect going in, but it wasn’t an issue at all. Easy to find and easy checkin. The room had everything we needed.“

„The property was exactly what we needed for our two week stay in Japan! We were left alone and weren’t bothered. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment however we found it didn’t dry our clothes very well. However there is within walking distance a laundry mat that was super easy to use and get to. Would recommend staying here for anyone wanting a cheaper stay and a little less touristy to get emerged into Japan. “

„Das einzig Positive ist die Lage der Unterkunft. Das Wohnviertel ist sehr schön und allgemein ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber war nicht vorhanden. Auf 4 Emails von mir wurde nicht ein mal geantwortet. Das Doppelzimmer ist für 2 Personen definitiv zu klein. Am Tisch war Platz für eine Person. Die Zweite konnte sich dann aber nicht mal mehr im Zimmer bewegen. Fernseher war vorhanden, es konnten aber 0 Sender empfangen werden. Aus der Dusche kam immer nach einer Minute schlagartig nur ...

What a cool and comfortable place for me and my family to spend a few nights! It’s close to many restaurants and stores but being so close to the Nakano Sun Mall and station was really convenient. We will miss this property!“

„This apartment was an easy 5 minute walk to the station with easy access to Shibuya. The room itself was very spacious and clean. There was most neccessities with a washing machine and hair dryer. The stairs are quite steep so maybe no the most accessible access. The only improvements would be a rubbish bin in the bathroom/toilet and also some towels to dry dishes after washing. I would reccomend staying here for groups up to 5. “
