„We had a wonderful stay at The Lazy Birch. The entire property was thoughtfully laid out and maintained. We really enjoyed the peacefulness of the lake and using the paddle boat and kayaks. Sitting quietly on the lake and watching the loons was so relaxing. Our teens also really enjoyed the provided outdoor games. The amenities inside were numerous and we were quite comfortable during our stay. Darryl was very fast to respond and very pleasant. We definitely hope to stay here again!“

„This cabin is super clean and stock full of amenities. The surrounding is very private, quiet, and full of beautiful trees. You can hear the birds singing all day long. The hosts are very friendly. They come and clean the compost toilet every day. We had a lovely stay during the 4th of July and can't wait for the next visit. “

„Jim's spot was the perfect place to call home while exploring Talkeetna. Not too far from the town but also so secluded and quiet. Everything was as described - we even were welcomed by homemade brownies. Jim and his pup were super friendly and kind. Falling asleep surrounded by woods is a peace like none other.“

„House was cold when we arrived. Windows were open...I think to air out the cabin from the wood smoke smell. It smelled that previosly someone couldnt get the fire going (wet wood or poor draft). Once we closed the wondows the cabin warmed. Alternative heating to just using wood would be a good idea...especially on cooler days. Overall the host was great and the cabin cosy. “

„At the risk of this property being booked when I want to come back to Talkeetna, I loved this property. Eight of us booked 2 cabins and were pleasantly surprised they were next to each other. We were greeted by Whitney, the host who provided great information about the area. Our view of Denali and the range from the back deck of the 1st cabin was fabulous!
