„公共空間及房間(Room C)都很乾淨，垃圾還有做簡單分類（很棒！），房源距離羅東夜市/羅東車站都算蠻近的，樓下附近就有超商及自助洗衣店，整體算是相當方便。唯一美中不足的是吹風機風量極小，且使用一段時間就需要等待其冷卻（不過這部分在入住須知就有提到，非事後使用才發現的），對長髮者較不友善。“

"Our stay at the Shangri-La Far Eastern Taipei was overall very enjoyable, although the hotel is clearly showing its age. The rooms are spacious and comfortable but would greatly benefit from a complete renovation. The furnishings feel somewhat dated and no longer fully match the standard one would expect from a luxury hotel of this category. The staff deserve special recognition. Every member of the team was exceptionally courteous, friendly, and eager to help throughout our stay. The outstanding service is undoubtedly one of the hotel's greatest strengths and made us feel truly welcome. There is, however, a noticeable difference when it comes to breakfast. The breakfast buffet in the main restaurant was disappointing. While the selection is extensive, the food itself is rather bland, uninspired, and lacking in creativity. In contrast, breakfast in the Horizon Lounge was excellent. Although the selection is much smaller, every item is of outstanding quality. Everything is fresh, carefully prepared, and delicious. If you have access to the Horizon Lounge, it is definitely the better choice for breakfast. Overall, the Shangri-La Far Eastern Taipei stands out for its exceptional service, spacious rooms, and the excellent breakfast in the Horizon Lounge. However, the hotel would greatly benefit from a refurbishment of its rooms and public areas to once again meet the high standards expected of the Shangri-La brand."

"Auch wenn das Zimmer für diesen Preis sehr klein war, zu zweit wäre es mit Gepäck wirklich eng geworden, so war es doch ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt. Das Bett war wahnsinnig bequem, das Beste auf meiner Reise durch dieses Land. Das Frühstück war mega. Die kleine hochprozentige Aufmerksamkeit war toll! Preis Leistung stimmte nicht ganz, aber alles in allem war ich sehr zufrieden!"

"Ich hatte einen super Aufenthalt! Die Lage ist perfekt für City-Trips, da die U-Bahn quasi vor der Tür liegt. Besonders praktisch: Ein FamilyMart ist in einer Minute zu Fuß erreichbar. Zu Fuß 11 min entfernt gibt es auch ein spitzes BBQ Geschäft. Ein riesiges Plus ist das Personal, sie sprechen top Englisch und helfen bei jeder Frage weiter. Ich habe auch den hoteleigenen Taxi-Transfer genutzt und war sehr zufrieden mit dem Ablauf. Die Zimmerreinigung war top, es wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht und es gab immer frische Handtücher. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt war die etwas laute Klimaanlage, was mich persönlich aber nicht groß gestört hat. Insgesamt ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!"

"Regent Taipei war mein 25tes Hotel auf meiner 3 Monatigen Reise in Taiwan und Japan. Ich war in vielen 5 Star Hotels, Hilton, Marriot, Sheraton, Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, und mehr. Das Regent Taipei war wirklich in jeder Hinsicht das Beste, Zimmer, Technik, Service, Personal, Restaurant, Frühstück. Ich war 7 Nächte hier. Ausserdem ist die Lage / Umgebung sehr gut, mit 2 Metro Linien in alle Richtung schnell erreichbar. Ich kann nur sagen: vielen dank, ich würde gern länger bleiben, aber ich fliege heute (Mai 2026) zurück in die Schweiz, komme im Oktober und November wieder. "
