„Carpets were dirty sofa was broke mand leather peeling and the fact shower and toilet area were dirty my girlfriend had to bleach and clean en suite due to pubic hair and glass being dirty in current pandemic pretty poor “

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ness Heights in Inverness. The check in process was easy and the property was so quaint. The bed was fabulous. We love the nice crisp sheets and a true king size bed. The kitchen was well appointed and even included Nespresso pods. We recommend staying at Ness Heights.“

„The house was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and there was plenty of paper products, toiletries and towels. We appreciated the personalized welcome sign, cookies and milk! „We spent two nights at Drumsmittal School and very literally blown away. The house was very spacious, so there was enough room for 4 people. The two bathrooms were a luxury and the facilities were above average. Ellie and Donnie were wonderful, lovely and humorous hosts. They were very helpful with lots of tips and even stocked the fridge at our arrival with useful food. By far one of the best accommodations we have booked in the past 10 years. "An der Rezeption wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir haben nach einer zweiten Decke gefragt, die wurde uns als Berg auf unser Bett drapiert. Sehr lieblos. Das Zimmer an sich war sehr schön, modern, riesiger Fernseher und sauber. Am 2. Tag war das Duschgel leer. Wir haben es extra auf das Waschbecken gestellt, aber es wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Auch schien es so, als wenn nur alle zwei Tage der Boden gereinigt wurde. Insgesamt war es aber ein toller Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und man kann einiges fußläufig erreichen. Wir würden es nochmal buchen."
