We had an excellent time here during our stay. The hotel is just as described and pictured; it is clean, spacious and there is lots to do. The staff are all extremely friendly and polite. The entertainment team worked very hard and would come over and make conversation and remember you. A shout out too to Mustapha for keeping our room clean and tidy each day. The only non 5* we have given is for the area because as soon as you step outside the back of the hotel or even if at the perimeter there are locals there trying to sell to you/ask for ‘gifts’; it felt safer to be inside the hotel. The other hotels further down the road did not seem to have this. Also the hotel app was not up to date with what the day and evening entertainment was which meant we missed activities.

Pas vraiment un 5 étoiles, plutôt un 4. Manque 1 piscine extérieure chauffée pour un 5 étoiles. Pas de toilettes à proximité de la piscine intérieure... Obligé de remonter 2 étages et de traverser le hall 🤔 pour accéder aux toilettes. Il faut aussi traverser le hall en maillot de bain, seul accès pour aller à cette piscine. Le bar de la piscine ferme trop tôt, alors que le soleil se couche tard... Personnel agréable, aimable, assez souriant et toujours à l'écoute. Repas plus que correct, une mention pour le repas marocain, chouette découverte.

Amazing stay!!!
Amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was so smooth from arrival all the way to check out. I booked transfers through the hotel beforehand and Zehra was always very prompt in responding through the chat messenger. Also thanks to the reception team for always answering our questions and requests. Special thanks to Mustapha in housekeeping for keeping our room spotless every day! We will definitely be visiting again and recommending to family and friends

Loved all the swimming pools and loungers around them; we often felt like the one we used was our own private pool as no one else was using it. Both rooms we had were very spacious and comfortable. The proximity to the local beaches was great and the sunsets beautiful. All the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Particularly enjoyed sitting peacefully in the lobby area in the evenings and our A La carte meal in the Moroccan restaurant. Now the few niggly things: there was inconsistency with how the tables were laid out with cutlery. Often no spoons and we’d end up taking the small, plastic coffee stirrers. There wasn’t a proper system in place for the tennis court. The other thing about the court was that it was really small and it didn’t have proper drainage. Therefore when we’d had a day of rain, there were still puddles of water everywhere on it the following day. However, we were very grateful for the staff who were sent to try and clear it. Smoking was permitted in the main bar area which was very unpleasant ; also the outside eating area had no designated area for smokers.

Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Personal & Service, Zustand der Unterkunft und Komfort des Zimmers
Väldigt dåligt mat på buffén. Service jättedålig. Massa kryp i rummet. På kvällen finns ingen mat efter 22.00. Baren ett skämt du får stå i kö för att få en drink kön kan va 20 meter känns som om man är i skolmatsalen. Detta Hotel borde ha Max 4 stjärnor om inte 3.
