Trial and error
We were given a different room from our reserved room, which was much further than the first room. Tower was very far from parking. Toilet flush was not working. Room was a bit dirty. Good thing View from room was awesome. Dinning was very accessible from front gate.

Misleading advertisement
I was placed in a different room on my first night, not the one I reserved. There was no hot water. Bathroom floor floods when you take a shower. Condensation built up around AC unit that leaked on the floor.

Hi Ms Lorraine, First Thank You for you feedback it is extremely valuable to us, as we strive to improve with each and every stay. But im confused. How did you say its “Misleading Advertisement” if you booked our room twice in a week right after you checked out in our unit santorini room? I greatly appreciate your comments about aspects of the room that need to be upgrading & fixed.You booked the room on the day itself which is not available anymore. yes its our fault not to blocked it off immediately but still its our responsibility to accommodate you and transfer you at your firstday of stay to other unit with a decent and brandnew fully furnished room and helped you again to transfer at santorini unit on your 2nd day. Also It is a pleasure to announce that we already fixed the AC & Heater but your concern regarding the comfort rooms we only use shower curtains and actual pictures and details was posted & indicated online. I hope that I can convince you to change your mind about another visit to our property. Please reach out to me directly if you would be willing to give us a chance to turn your experience around.
