„We were visiting for a wedding and this condo had everything we needed. Only hiccup we had was the hot water stopped working but the property manager promptly got it fixed within a day. It's a beautiful location and has easy access to anything in Tacoma. Highly recommend!“

„The space was clean and mostly as advertised. The owner was friendly and helpful. There should have been a picture of the entryway and the stairs within the unit. If I had known it didn't have windows within the unit and that there was only the street/former store front exit door and emergency exit door, I wouldn't have stayed.“

„We just spent a month in this lovely condo as we looked for a new home in the PNW. Ron is a wonderful responsive host and made our stay comfortable and cozy. The neighborhood is one of the nicest in Tacoma--close to everything and easy access to I-5. The beautiful view of commencement bay is so soothing after a day of house hunting! And the kitchen has everything any cook good need. We feel lucky to have stayed there.“

„This is a top-of-the-line experience on all counts. The condo is very comfortable and fully-equipped. „We stayed at this condo in Tacoma the week of Thanksgiving and just loved everything about it! Ron was the perfect host! From finding the property, to knowing exactly where to park, and gaining access to the condo. „I enjoyed my two week stay here. Travis was exceptional in responding to my requests. There were 47 steps which was unexpected but after hauling my stuff up- all went well. I enjoyed the pub below whose sound did not penetrate the unit. The location was great for my needs; good access to freeway; parking in the garage was easy. The unit was very clean when I arrived and had everything I needed. Highly recommend.“

„It was a great stay at the condo. The condo was very clean from the start. Kitchen had all the things you need even a coffee maker and toaster. The showers came with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. That was a plus for me. The view from main area is beautiful. And the neighborhood is such a beautiful area to walk around and drive. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay here.“

„Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist hervorragend ! Ich konnte 1 Stunde früher einchecken als geplant und hab mich 10 Tage unglaublich wohl gefühlt schon fast wie zuhause ! Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht , Einkaufs laden sind nicht weit entfernt und auch nach Seattle ist es nicht weit ! Man kann unglaublich viel entdecken in der Gegend ! “
