"Location - 5Min walk from Town Hall station, 5Min walk across a bridge to Darling Harbour. Room - Very well sound proofed against the traffic on the busy overpass below that runs between the hotel and Darling Harbour. Clean and bed very comfortable, helpful bathroom amenities when you forget something. I was in room 819, which was spacious and had partial view of Darling Harbour. Did not use the ground floor restaurant, however, did have breakfast which was plentiful and very fresh. A short wait time from 0830 however not too long. They do have signs advising it is the busy time for breakfast. Very satisfied with the options and egg station for omelets. I did overhear they do not offer poached eggs but have everything else. I would recommend staying at the Parkroyal if you had an event in Darling Harbour."

"Das Klo wurde nicht gut sauber gemacht. Leider gab es keine Klo-Bürsten im Zimmer, sonst hätte ich es selbst gereinigt. Mein besonderer Dank geht an die vietnamesische Praktikantin. Sie hatte sich sehr viel Zeit für das Problem meiner Frau mit den Bettlaken genommen. Ihre vietnamesische Praktikantin war stets freundlich und geduldig. Sie hatte alles gut erklärt."

"Wunderbares Hotel an bester Lage mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Es lohnt sich, früh aufzustehen und den Sonnenaufgang auf der Harbor Bridge zu erleben (Ausgang über 3. Stock benutzen) und bei der Lobby noch complementary einen Kaffee und ein Gebäck mitzunehmen. Haben wir sehr geschätzt!"

"Die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend. Mit dem Zug vom Flughafen extrem gut erreichbar. Die Anbindung in die Stadt war ebenfalls hervorragend. Leider war das ganze Hotel extrem runter gekühlt durch die vielen Klimaanlagen. Der Frühstücksraum war extrem kalt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und zu empfehlen. Man sollte keinen Luxus erwarten aber für eine Städtereise zu empfehlen."
