Das Hotel entspricht nicht dem europäischen Standard von 4 Sternen! Positiv: Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Hafenblick erhalten, obwohl es nicht gebucht wurde. Das Zimmer ist schön groß und ruhig. Negativ:Die Zimmer werden nur alle 3 Nächte gereinigt! Hätte es in der Beschreibung gestanden, hätte ich es nicht gebucht. Eine absolute Frechheit! Keine neuen Handtücher, außer man fragt täglich danach. Das Bad wird nicht geputzt und die Betten nicht gemacht. Wenn ich das gewollt hätte, hätte ich mir ein Apartment gebucht. Auf dem Nachttisch sammelten sich die Staubflocken. Die Duschwanne wurde in 10 Nächten nicht einmal gewischt. Es gibt niemanden, der sich um das Gepäck kümmert. Man kann das Gepäck bei der Rezeption lassen, da steht es aber für jeden zugänglich. Unser Zimmer war nicht im 15:00 Uhr fertig. Das Personal an der Rezeption war höflich, aber nicht freundlich. Wer durch die Eingangshalle läuft, wer nicht begrüßt. Das angepriesene Café hatte nicht einmal geöffnet. Nie wieder!

The hotel is in a good a location. Downtown can be reached by a short walk. Nevertheless the hotel room and facilities need maintainance and renovation. The room door could not be locked and we had to call the service two times. Requested towels were not provided within one day. Room service was only once for each 4 days. One day we had no warm water, etc..

Super gelegenes Hotel zur Entdeckung Sydneys
Das Hotel ist super gelegen und bietet angenehmen Komfort. Harbour View zu buchen lohnt sich definitiv. Andere Facilities wie Gym und Restaurant nicht genutzt.

Top Hotel
Wunderbarer Urlaub in einen sehr guten Hotel, ein wenig außerhalb des großen Trubels in einer so lebendigen Stadt. Unbedingt die Zimmer mit Ausblick auf Oper und Harbour Bridge buchen. Der Tag kann nicht besser beginnen, bei so einen tollen Ausblick.

Ich habe eine Woche in dem Hotel verbracht. Das gebuchte Deluxe Zimmer mit Hafenblick war groß, sauber und hatte eine tolle Aussicht. Was mich wirklich enttäuscht hat, ist die Kommunikation. Erst auf meine dritte schriftliche Anfrage wurde reagiert. An meinem Geburtstag gab es keinerlei Aufmerksamkeit. Die sonst so freundliche Art der Australier habe ich im Hotel leider vermisst. Die Begrüßung war ebenso unterkühlt, wie die gesamte, wenig ansprechende Hotellobby. Daher kann ich das Hotel trotz des schönen Zimmers nicht weiterempfehlen.

Convenient location and very busy Hotel.
Already stayed several times here. Its a convenient location and Bus stand and Hop on Hop off Bus stops also in front of the hotel. Various Restaurants nearby and walking distance to Hyde Park, Botanical Garden and Sydney Opera house. Rooms are ok and breakfast is Basic. Early check in is difficult and late check oft also almost impossible. Staff is polite but not very friendly. For a short stay always recomended.

Early check-in is always subjected to availability as our guest checks out at 11 am mostly and late check out is always given complimentary until 12:30 pm as new guest will come in at 3 pm. This allows housekeeping time enough time to clean and ready the room for next guest. The Hotel was amazing. First of all it has one of the best roomservices I've ever had: Very tasty menus! The staff is so friendly and helpfull and they try to help you with every question. The rooms are nice and very clean but what is truly beautiful was the view. Would always stay there again if I'm in Sydney!

Unhygienic Conditions and Housekeeping Issues During my recent stay , I was unfortunately subjected to unhygienic conditions and inattentive housekeeping. Despite requesting room cleaning on multiple occasions, my room was never cleaned throughout my entire stay. Dirty cups were left unemptied overnight. Even more concerning, when I requested replacements, housekeeping resorted to washing the used cups in the toilet, which is completely unacceptable. This complete disregard for basic hygiene standards left me feeling unsafe and disappointed with the overall experience. I would strongly advise potential guests to consider alternative accommodation options.

It’s a decent hotel right in the heart of Sydney. It’s reasonably close to all the tourist spots, and downtown. However saying it’s a four star hotel is a bit much. It’s a decent three star hotel, with unfriendly staff, no restaurant or dining options, and a somewhat noisy hotel. Not terrible, not great, just an average three star hotel.

We have stayed at the boulevard a couple of times over the years. We find it a very convenient location with transport right outside the front of the hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful in any requests we had. The room was also very clean, and the bed was super comfy. It hasn’t changed much over the years so it is starting to look a little dated, but other than that, nothing but good things to say about this place. There are also some amazing little eateries and a cool little pub that we discovered on the back streets which are worth checking out. Highly recommend those. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone and if we return to Sydney we wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else.

We loved our stay at the Sydney Boulevard Hotel! The staff were lovely and the facilities great, the location was an easy walk away from the CBD - But the highlight was our room. It had the most magnificent view over Sydney and the harbour and the room was really well sized.

It's location was not too far from Circular Quay, about a 20-25 min. walk. We didn't dine in hotel restaurant but there are many restaurants across the street at the next street over. Hotel fronts the main arterial but we never heard traffic noise. Staff folks very helpful and pleasant. Our room was very spacious and clean. 2 people can be in bathroom at same time. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
