Very good hotel with very comfortable beds
Very nice and big room, extremely comfortable bed. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Nice and quiet atmosphere, at least during this non-bus time. The design is a bit „bland“, everything is nice but lacks distinguishable character. Hotel already shows a bit of its age in the rooms. Open bathroom is not too nice. Breakfast in the Japanese restaurant could offer more Western options for breakfast. In total rather 4 stars plus instead of 5 stars.

The room was quiet, comfortable and the staff were very helpful! The most comfortable bed and turn down service at night with slippers laid out and a treat on the bed! I would highly recommend this hotel for luxury!

Good size room, for two adults and two kids sharing twin beds. Light rail directly to darling harbour (can walk too though), paddy’s market, china town. Lovely pool area, great temperature. Food options inside complex and outside. Cole’s supermarket just outside the complex.

Everything was excellent...room, food, service & location. Friendly staff & room made up each morning whilst at breakfast & returning from a walk which is so good. Evening room service with complimentary snacks, water, hand cream etc.
