Näher am Pazifik geht nicht
Gerade wenn man im Winter nicht den ganzen Tag am Strand verbringt ist diese Wohnung optimal. Komplett modern eingerichtet, sogar mit einer Grundausstattung an Gewürzen, Öl etc. in der Küche ist man hier wie zu Hause. Dank des guten ÖPNV kommt man auch bequem in die City. Der direkte Zugang zum Strand kann einfacher nicht sein und für das Meeresrauschen kauft man sonst extra eine CD...

Amazing for our family holiday!
Seabreeze is such a perfect and unique property ideally located opposite such a beautiful beach and area. So much so we didnt want to leave at the end of our holiday. The attention to detail and superb decoration / fit out is a true stand out. Our family just loved staying here and Madeline was just the perfect host who was super friendly, flexible and helpful. Absolute beachfront apartment in a sleepy locale
The apartment is exactly as pictured/described, with stunning views over the beach. The apartment was spacious, immaculately presented and had a pantry full of everyday items that we could use. The host even left a box of ice creams for us in the freezer - such a lovely touch! The host was very responsive and you can tell that they take great pride in making their guests feel confortable. There was only one disappointment - the onsite parking in a private garage is so narrow that you'd struggle to fit your car in. I tried twice and gave up, and resorted to parking on the street. We always lucked out with a park not too far away, but still a disappointment given off street parking is advertised. Happily recommend this apartment if you're after a laid back place to kick back and enjoy Sydney's northern beaches.

Beautiful apartment and location
Absolutely loved this apartment, great location, great apartment. Little welcome touches on arrival from the hosts, made it that bit more special. Everything you could want is in the apartment. Only thing i would do differently is to take an extension cable, as plug sockets were limited. Otherwise absolutely loved our stay. Thank you Madeline

This was our second time here, and it was just as good as the first time. The place is kept to the highest standard. There are lots of incidental items that make the holiday stress free. Oasis on the Beach
We had a wonderful 8 night stay at this property and would stay again if the opportunity arises. We arrived at night and could hear the waves and see the beach but awoke to a breathtaking view of the bay. The condo is equipped with everything you need to cook, clean, and play at the beach. The laundry in the garage is very well set up and is an added bonus for longer stays. The space is perfect for a family of four! We did access the bus line a couple of times to go into the city and catch a ferry. This was very straightforward and easy to do. We also walked to get a few groceries and meander the shops close by. There is a also a great little coffee shop the next beach over that we visited a couple mornings on our daily beach walks. Madeline was also wonderful in welcoming us ahead of time through email communication and was available if anything came up (nothing did). A wonderful host. Highly recommend this property. The view is even better in person:)

Absolutely AMAZING in every way!!!
This apartment is incredible. The view of the ocean was THE BEST I have ever had. It was beautifully furnished, impeccably clean and so comfortable. Well located on the Northern Beaches, but so quiet and peaceful. If that was not good enough, Madeline went to great lengths to ensure our stay was perfect. Her communication was quick and helpful, and she very kindly arranged special treats for the birthday girl. I am immensely impressed with this property and will definitely be going back!

Everything good so can recommend. Only not so good things, no windows in bedrooms only doors? Which made it hard to get fresh air while sleeping. No air con and off street parking terrible if you return to unit after 6pm.

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. Yes, you are correct in saying that there are no windows in the bedrooms. However, there are glass doors that open up onto a little balcony. The unit is on the second floor so it is perfectly safe to leave the balcony door open and you will enjoy a lovely fresh ocean breeze all night (and the sound of the ocean). I also appreciate that parking directly outside the unit block may be tricky after 6pm, but there is always parking available in close proximity to the unit. Guests are welcome to drive into the unit complex at any time to offload luggage and shopping, directly at the front door. There is a garage but unfortunately it is very small. However, guests with small to medium size vehicles can park in the garage.

Absolute gem!
This property is fantastic, worth 5 stars and more! The apartment was comfortable, with lovely decor and everything you could possibly need. It was absolutely spotless, everything was super clean and fresh. The view is breathtaking, I could have sat on the balcony for hours! Location is great, feels quiet and relaxing but still in the best part of Mona Vale, right on the sand of the basin beach just a few steps from the beautiful ocean pool. Surf Club, cafes and shops are all close by, most just an easy 5-10 minute walk away. Madeline was such a good host, clear communication, friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend and can’t wait to go back.

Amazing Property - with a 24Hr View
This place was simply amazing. Great Location, beautiful styling and just a great atmosphere. We loved staying her for a couple days. The only problem was that we had to leave.. Totally recommend for a getaway and for complete relaxation. Beach just out front and local amenities all convenient. 24 hr view to die for. Sunrise and sunset were special. Seabreeze apartment definitely lived up to the photos, and exceeded our expectations with relaxing ocean sounds extending to all the rooms. The location is superb, right on the beachfront with direct access. Madeline was very professional and friendly in her communication with us, and we found the apartment to be spotlessly clean with high quality furnishings. We appreciated the extras such as lots of staples in the fridge and pantry, and our welcome chocolates. This was a perfect break for us. We hope to return soon and stay for longer!

We stayed at this apartment over the weekend while attending a wedding in Church Point. The location (both on the beach and close to the wedding) made it an ideal destination for us. The advertised photos speak for themselves, but it was the little added extras in the fridge, kitchen cupboard, etc that showed that extra attention to detail that made our stay wonderful. Madeline checked in proactively to make sure we were happy with everything which we absolutely were. We had a few friends come over on the first night and they all said they would consider this location for a future getaway. Highly recommended!! 😊

What a lovely surprise when we opened the front door - yes the photos on the website were gorgeous but one doesn't always expect the reality to match the photos -well it did! An oasis of calm in a hectic family reunion holiday after 3 years absence. Very well equipped and a beautifully decorated apartment. Beautiful unit right on the beach, with a great cafe in walking distance. The kitchen had everything you would need and the decor was fresh and inviting. This is a lovely unit for a family or couple, with the beach at the doorstep and an ocean pool. Great for a short break from Sydney with lots of good restaurants a short drive away.

Perfect Weekend Away
We have just returned from our short stay in Mona Vale. We have rented a number of properties over the years around the northern beaches and this has been the best by a long shot in terms of value, location and presentation. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and well-stocked with basic needs. The location is outstanding and the views are picture-perfect. Hearing the sound of the ocean through the apartment all weekend was so relaxing. Madeline is a fantastic host and excellent communicator. I can't recommend this place enough. We will be back. I can’t really add anything to all positive reviews already posted. A really lovely apartment with an owner, Madeline, who obviously takes pride in equipping the property to meet all user needs. We are really going to miss breakfast on the balcony and evening bbq’s with the sights and sounds of the beach and sea.
