Thank you for your review, none of our rooms are advertised as having private bathrooms... Guests are emailed day before advising of our check in procedure.. There is no paying extra for a private bathroom when none of our rooms advertise this.. you paid extra for a kitchenette in your room... We offered you a studio at our sister property but this refused!!!

The place is cleaned due to strict Covid guidelines!!

Thank you for your review.. 1. We will chase uo with housekeeping to ensure the cleaning is undertaken correctly.. 2. Air Conditioners will be installed to a number of rooms late 2019. 3. Bins are emptied twice during the day. 4. During the week we have limited staff as it is quiet, weekends we have 2-5 staff members working around the property.. 5. An extra towel is $2.50 you are already given a towel, we have a washing machine available for guests should you wish to wash your bedding otherwise if you stay 7 days or more we change your bedding and towels FREE of charge - to keep our room rates reasonable we do charge guests extra.. If you would like early check in there is a charge for staff to ensure that guests have checked out and rooms cleaned was a priority.. Check ins after 7pm do incur a fee as we are not 24hours and staff are needed to be called back to the property to check guests in.. We are not a Hostel and you will find you pay more for a room in a Hostel than what you paid for ours..

Thank you for your misleading review!!! You booked a twin bunk room and yes it has a tubular bunk bed. The upstairs rooms are warm during summer and you are correct their is no air conditioning, but you face the Ocean and leaving the window and block out blinds closed will ensure that your room stays cool.. In all rooms is the wifi password or you could have asked Reception for the details.. Not sure what you are referring to regarding the power, our power never shuts off and during your stay there was no outage. We have an onsite manager who is available 24/7 should you have needed them.. We are located near the beach in Manly which is part of Sydney and prices here are high compared to other areas.. We wish you all the very best.. Next time please speak with Reception and we could have moved you to a cooler room and tried to make your stay more enjoyable!!

Thank you for your review. 10am check out is standard across majority of accommodation places, as this allows housekeepers to clean rooms and communal areas prior to next lot of check ins at 2pm.
