Don’t stay long, can’t open window
Do not stay more than one night: laundry takes 3 hours, you will need to clean own dishes (no dishwasher, maid doesn’t do it). They will tell you various reasons why you can’t open the window (health and safety), despite the fact that next door had a balcony

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. We would like to apologise for the issues you have encountered during your recent stay. I believe that you have booked a studio apartment during your stay. Our rooms are non-smoking rooms hence all windows particularly in studio apartments are locked. With regards to cleaning the dishes, unfortunately our housekeeping team only has allocated minutes to service your room and it does not include clearing up the dishes. We would highly recommend to book a 1bedroom apartment on your next stay (same as the one next to your room) as this room has a balcony, dishwasher and laundry facility inside the apartment so you do not need to go to the common laundry and wait for 3 hours. Great property and helpful staff. Unfortunately the rooms are a bit noisy, in particular the regular police/ambulance sirens throughout the night come through the single glazed windows quite clearly.

The block surrounding the hotel seemed very dodgy and we did not feel safe walking of a night time, there were a lot of derelict, abandoned and unsavoury businesses. Stopping areas for check in were non-existent, we had to drive around for 30 minutes to find a park which was very difficult because majority of the streets were all either one way, had no right or left turn signs so it was almost impossible to get back to the hotel. Communication in terms of this and check out process (dropping off key before leaving car park) were non-existent and we drove around for almost another 30 minutes after leaving the hotel car park before we could get back to the hotel and find a car park to return the room key. Only one elevator went to the car park itself so we had to wait while the other elevator came and went repeatedly The room itself was nice, although air conditioner did not seem to work very well. Room kitchenette was very nice.

We had 2 rooms booked for 2 family groups. We had early access to 1 room which was helpful but didn’t get access to the other room until 3.20 which was stressful as we we’re trying to get a train at 3.30 & had to change plans. Bed was super comfy but curtain didn’t fully close to morning sun straight in to room was frustrating.

Well I asked for a room with 2 beds on the site there’s a option for 1 bed or 2 I click 2 the next day they called to confirm which was good , when I arrived there was only one so I went to reception and the lady said it was 2 single beds put together so I needed to pull back the sheets there is a zip in the middle I had to pull the zip and separate into 2 beds only problem we didn’t have sheets for 2 beds which later they put at the door and I had to make it myself and only 1 blanket which I thought was tuff considering $185 a night the room was very hot and small only 30 square so for the price and service I don’t recommend I was also asked to pay a $200 deposit and the lady said 3 to 5 working days after the stay but I give them my money straight away

The property bills itself as non smoking. Both of the rooms we booked reeked of cigarette smoke and mold. The sliding glass doors were left opened upon arrival to air out the rooms and ashtrays were on the balcony tables. For a hotel property that bills itself as smoke free, it was the opposite. Area is very unsafe, public intoxication, adult entertainment stores everywhere, sketch people loitering. We ended up paying for 2 nights, 2 rooms and stayed 1 hour. The property refuses even a partial refund. If you say your smoke free then do that minimum!

Make sure you don't get an adjoining room
TV had no sound and remote was broken and very difficult to change channel. Tried controls on tv and could change channel but still no sound. AC settings were also dodgy, had it on heat and 27 and was still blowing cool air all night long. And the couple next door, oh my goodness. I think she needed to hang a red light out the front. Was very noisey all night!!!!!!!!! Definitely make sure you don't have the room with the connecting door, it DOES NOT block sound AT ALL.

The rooms are modern and very clean..the area( Liverpool) is not exactly wonderful, but it's easy forgotten once inside....a warning about the paid underground parking.... terrible... all the staff are friendly....all ok , except for the parking
