Our host Leo responded promptly to communications via the Stayz app. The apartment is suitably furnished, the beds are comfortable, and the location within the Sydney CBD is outstanding. I appreciated having train stations, shops, Darling Harbour and the Convention Centre all in easy walking distance. The kitchen has an ancient but functional stove top (though the old exhaust hood doesn't seem to work?), and is equipped with a large fridge and sink, a nice set of pots and pans, and enough plates and flatware to serve a meal. (Cooks might find additional preparation tools lacking; we donated a can & bottle opener to the utensil drawer.) The minor negative aspect was a shower stall with old mould in the grout lines and a blob of cured resin in the tub. Bath towels that were polyester rather than cotton were not a favourite. Nonetheless, the place was great overall, excellent value, and Leo was attentive and helpful throughout our stay. It is an excellent location with room to relax, options to self-cater, and easy access to many great features of the city.
