Bondi Beach and many of the area's cafés, restaurants, coastal walks, and local attractions are all within easy walking distance. Street parking in the immediate area is generally limited to two hours; however, free untimed parking is available nearby on Military Road adjacent to Bondi Golf & Diggers Club.



Other Things to Note:

Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.



The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.



Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.



There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.



Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour.
