I'm more than happy to deal with negative reviews as it give us an opportunity to see if we can make improvements, to claim its the worst place is rather extreme. We are over 100 years old, and the hotel is in great condition. Art Deco is not to everyone's taste but still, we provide great accommodation for the price. In terms of the smoke, all our rooms are non smoking, if guests wish to smoke, they are free to do so outside.

Dear Julie, thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review.In regards to the GF bread, my apologies, our practice is to reserve the GF option unless requested in booking notes or in person so there is no waste if there aren't any GF guests in house.
