Cute apartment, great location
Fantastic location just steps from Bondi beach and tons of cafes, restaurants, shops, etc. The apartment is decorated nicely and looks just like the photos/description. My reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was because the apartment was not sparkling clean (stained bedding and shower floors), the windows didn’t stay fully shut and didn’t have screens, causing bugs (cockroaches) to enter, and it was really warm + humid because there’s no breeze due to the windows facing the alley. Screens would be a nice addition to the windows and potentially a small cooling unit. Besides these minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay and she was a good host.

The service was excellent good location however unless you read the description carefully although it said shared balcony it implied this was the view from the flat which was not the case the view was roofs

Little oasis in the Bondi chaos
This property is lovely. It’s well appointed and stocked with necessities. We had a question about the washer the first night of our stay, and the owner responded promptly. For us, the only drawback was that the balcony, which is shared with the other units in the building, was regularly “moccupied and we didn’t get the chance to enjoy that space. I will also say not to be dissuaded by the building. The apartment is in far better shape than the building’s first impressions. It is very clear the owner takes pride in her property and has a keen eye for design.

The perfect short break
We spent a few days here and it was great, perfect size for us and amazing location. Only downside was an all night party at a neighboring apartment however this did not detract from our stay

Loved this property and would return to it again! Clean, decor was beautiful! Washing machine and dryer combo with detergents stocked. Coffee maker. Surprises in the refrigerator. Need your adapters to charge your phone. Hair dryer and straightener supplied with the correct plug.

close to bondi beach
close to the hustle and bustle of bondi, this apartment has everything we needed. The host is very responsive and caring of her clients. We walked to Tamarama, swam in bondi beach (perfect weather and water temp) and walked to north Bondi for a pancake stack at Speedos.

Very cute, prime location
No air con, but it wasn’t too hot anyways. Lists of thoughtful amenities for travelers. Water and soft drinks, milk for tea, beach towels and umbrellas, hats etc

Great location and gracious hosts, perfect short stay!
I loved this vrbo and actually have an acquaintance coming in a couple moths that I am going to send here as well. I come for work so will be coming back! Everything you need is provided except for a few small things that I will note so you can pack appropriately. These are the things I had to go get that weren’t there so pack them :) - facial tissue, pen/paper and hair conditioner- that’s it!

Perfect location!
The location was absolutely perfect. It is at the southern end of Bondi - near the iceberg pool. Around the corner (literally!) is a great coffee shop, very convenient . The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful and accommodated my early flight in from the US. The living area is small, but with the beach near by and the roof deck you don't need it. The King bed was super comfortable. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and also Woolworths/Harris Farms to do a bit of grocery shopping if you are up for that. Nothing a far walk - right along the beach. The washer/dryer combo came in handy too. Overall great place, great location!
