Geräumiges, hell eingerichtetes Studio-Apartment im Hyde Park Plaza. Es wurde kürzlich geschmackvoll renoviert und hat einen östlichen Aspekt.
Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Stadt, Darling Harbour, The Rocks und in der Nähe aller Annehmlichkeiten, Transport, Geschäfte und Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt.

Disappointing Stay — Very Dirty and Poorly MaintainedI would not recommend this property to anyone. Aside from the clean sheets and towels that were provided, the rest of the unit was in a shockingly dirty and neglected condition.There were spider webs in the bathroom windows, and the windows themselves looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The bathroom curtain was covered in visible stains and mold, posing a serious health risk — my allergies were severely triggered, and I couldn’t sleep for three nights. The bathroom door was broken, adding to the frustration.The sofa bed was filthy, and its mattress had a large stain that made it unusable. The carpet was dirty, the pillows and blankets were stained and not fit for use, and overall the unit fell far below any reasonable standard of cleanliness or comfort.The kitchen was also disappointing — dishes and pans were dirty, so we had to wash everything before use. On top of that, the pans were damaged and of very poor quality.This property is far below the standard one would expect on VRBO. I hope the owners take this feedback seriously and address these issues before renting it out to future guests.

Great Location, needs some TLC

Having read the various Reviews I expected some deficiencies. The Owner assured me things had been fixed, but not all was. Toilet only flushed on one option. Couch was a disaster. Heater was noisy. Location was fantastic with quick access to bus and rail.

Review of Hyde plaza apartment

Disappointing, we tried to find a cheapish place to stay in Sydney but didn’t know we scoped this low. The bathroom curtains were broken. Shower humidified the whole bathroom and left everything damp. Definitely got what we paid for.

Great location

Great location for visitors. Very close to Chinatown, QVB and public transportation. The place needs renovation. Chairs are broken and sofa is old. Picture frames are not hang properly. Air condition works but not cold. Easy check in and check out.

Ok for a short stay.

Bed was comfortable. Had the basics. We only ate breakfast in the unit…coffee, toast and cereal and had lunches and dinners out. The bathroom had a lot of mold around the tub and the toilet leaked but was serviceable. There is a washer in the unit but no dryer, just a folding clothes rack for drying your clothes. Judging by how long our towels took to dry we decided not to do laundry as we had enough clothes for the week. We lived out of our suitcases as there is only a closet and no dresser to put your clothes in. We never used the couch as you sunk into it when you tried to use it so we sat on the bed. The chairs around the table need re glueing as they are wobbly and the dowels holding the legs were coming loose so we were very careful when we sat in them. The place is air conditioned which is nice. The building is quiet and the area felt safe. We spent every day exploring Sydney….taxi service is great and reasonable. All in all the unit was ok but definitely looked better in the pictures.

Great location, good for the price.

Beautiful location right across the road from Hyde Park (can't see it from the room but the rooftop has a beautiful view of park). Rooftop pool, spa and gym is lovely. There was maintenance being done on the property so a fair bit of noise, starting at 9am wasn't ideal. Check-in check-out was super easy and our room was ready early. Aircon too loud to use was the only real issue. I'd recommend staying here 🙏👍
