No parties are permitted at any time. No unregistered guests are allowed. It is the responsibility of the guest who made the booking to ensure that all guests comply with our house rules.

No Smoking/Vaping
Smoking in the house, including the balcony or the garden will incur a fine of $300 plus additional cleaning fees to deodorise the house.

Check in 2-4pm or by arrangement.
Please contact me directly if you are collecting the keys outside these hours.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole house, with the exception of two rooms which are locked and not included in the listing.
