The property includes two spacious bedrooms (the second separated from the hall entry by a blackout curtain), each with well-appointed ensuites including shower and bath. The kitchen is well stocked with quality appliances, crockery and glassware. The interconnected living and dining rooms provide sun filled spaces to relax and view the great outdoors.

Step out onto the back deck where you'll be treated to stunning escarpment views, the Three Sisters rock formation and an abundance of bird life. Pick your vista point from the various outdoor seating and table settings provided. Or step out onto the front deck to enjoy the winter warmth and garden. After a day of exploring the beautiful Blue Mountains, unwind in the evenings by the internal gas fireplace or sit on the back deck to take in the sunset.

Bringing pets to Banksia Tops is welcome, they can enjoy the secure fenced yard and courtyard. We ask you bring the necessary pet bedding and blankets to ensure the comfort of your companion, and for the respect of all guests.

Bedroom and Bathroom Configuration - all with heating:

Bedroom 1 – 1 x Queen bed and ensuite with shower and toilet and spa bath
Bedroom 2 – 1 x King and ensuite with shower and toilet and claw foot bath (note: a blackout curtain separates this bedroom from the entry)

Bedding & Linen - all beds will be made with quality linen before your arrival including electric blankets, doonas and pillows, bath towels, bathmats and hand towels for the bathroom and tea towels for the kitchen.

Please note - all long weekends are a minimum 3-night stay, all public holidays are charged at the Weekend Tariff and Easter is a minimum 4-night stay.
