Good price, friendly guy at reception and nice clean room with working wifi and tv, unlike the awful "Gateway Vineyard Motel", which was nearby and absolutely awful, so I recommend staying here instead

Needed a place to stay while in Richmond and this place was clean and comfortable. Great customer service. My kids loved the pool.

Being on the hwy it was very quiet with little road noise, properly was very clean and comfortable, stayed one night good stop over.

Location is good. Clean room. Unfortunately the mattresses worn definitely pass there used by time. Laying on springs are not comfortable at all so didn’t get much sleep due to terrible mattresses. I would definitely suggest you invest more money on brand new ones. And throw away old ones.

Very comfortable night's stay. The motel was good and the staff were good - just had a bit of a hiccup and confusion as to whether i was paying them direct or through wotif. I would recommend the motel as a decent value place for a business traveller.

Oldie But A Goodie
This is an older motel that has been refurbished. It's very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend, and will stay here again.

I was arriving late and the owner called to tell me where the key to the room was and my account. The room was clean and bed comfortable and the Chinese restaurant at the end of the Motel made dinner an easy choice.

Would have been nice to have a couple of plates and knives and forks, as wherever you are you still have to eat. Shower floor rather slippery. Apart from that, great.

I can recommend, the guy was courteous, very accommodating. Rooms great, I will give the restaurant 8 o/o 10, clean but needs a shake up. Our stay was very pleasant, it’s not 5 star but great, yes you will like it, if you are an ordinary guy like myself.. ENJOY ,!!

Excellent and helpful staff. Was given the mobility room . I am a high functioning mobility impaired person. Was given/ offered every assistance possible. Windows could be opened for fresh air . A bonus in my book. Although on Windsor Road the minimal traffic noise was reduced to nil as night approached. Some instructions on using the TV remote would be useful for us oldies. Would like the WiFi password included in the information book. I kept forgetting to ask for it. Obviously not a big priority. Definitely stay there again and soon. Location extremely convenient for me.

The room was neat and tidy. Was very spacious. Quiet, not too much road noise. I enjoyed my stay:) Only thing I would change is the air con is quite loud to have on all night, also a bit dated interior.
