Summary:
This one bedroom first floor apartment is across the road from gorgeous Bronte beach, sea pool and the coastal track.
The Space:
This first floor apartment overlooks magical Bronte beach. The white interior and balcony spaces and wide, polished floor are reminiscent of a Greek island dwelling. The beautiful art deco ceilings and funky black and white interior furnishings make this an ideal, restful holiday retreat. Downstairs out front and dotted along Bronte road, are popular cafes serving excellent coffee, restaurants and a fish and chip shop.

Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
The Neighborhood:
Bronte is a unique location for surfers, swimming, coastal walking, picnicking in the park and simply relaxing by the sea. It is well serviced by frequent buses to Bondi Junction and metro to the CBD. Bronte has a happy vibe and the locals are very friendly and welcoming to visitors. The park and coastal walks are Sydney treasures.
Bronte is a vibrant suburb with a great ocean beach, 635 km from Sydney CBD. There is a very popular cafe strip at the beach. Clifftop walks north lead to Tamarama and Bondi and south to Clovelly, Gordon's Bay and Coogee. Transport to the City is easy (15 min to Bondi Junction, then 10 min to City).
Getting Around:
Buses service the terminal by the seafront in Bronte and drop passengers at the metro line to the city. 2 hour parking spots cover the lower end of Bronte beach and no-limit parking is available about 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
Other Things to Note:
A non-refundable 4.5% fee applies to all payments made by credit or debit card. The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
