We didn't have infants but I loved that there was a high chair and playpen available for those that do, as well as a small dog door to the back yard. We didn't think we'd even need to use the laundry machines but it was so nice to have them there. There were ice trays and a water pitcher that we were so thankful for. „Our stay included 4 adults and one toddler. We were comfortable and whatever we needed was just a short trip away. Coffee shops, restaurants, a pharmacy and grocery store are within walking distance. We slept well, had plenty of TV options, laundry capabilities, etc. in a quiet neighborhood. “
