„Die Lodge liegt an einer Kreuzung mit Tankstelle, eingerichtet ist sie mit einer Nasszelle mit Toilette, diese ist nach oben und an den Baumstämmen offen. Das Spülbecken dient gleichzeitig als Waschbecken. Frühstück war teilweise ok, Bagels wurden nicht immer ausreichend nachgefüllt, wir hatten aber unser eigenes Brot. WLAN war in unserer Lodge nicht möglich, empfang nur außerhalb möglich, nach 3 Tagen wurde uns ein mobiler Router gegeben.“

„Leider haben wir dort nur eine Nacht verbracht. Ein super schönes und großes Blockhaus abseits der Zivilisation. Wer die absolute Ruhe sucht, ist hier bestens untergebracht. Es fehlt an nichts. Grillplatz, modern ausgestattete Küche sowie sehr bequeme Betten im Obergeschoss. Architektonisch sehr funktional und modern eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail. Das nächste Restaurant ist allerdings ist 8 km entfernt. Im General Store gibt es sehr leckere Burger.“

„I was there for a meeting in Anchorage. This was about an hour outside of Anchorage and it's absolutely worth it. The drive is beautiful, the cabin is exactly what I needed, and the owners are easy to talk to and give great advice. Chris is a great guy. The cabin is tiny but completely functional. There's so much to do within a short drive from the cabin... this is a great basecamp if you want to poke around the area. I'll be back again, and next time I'll bring my wife. “
