„It was a nice place but I was told by the host to bring my garbage home since the garbage bin was 2/3 full when we arrived the place. The house was a little dusty, no face towels, and the worst part is that I have to do laundry. “

„This house was an incredible find. My kids absolutely loved staying in the upstairs rooms. Check in was a breeze! The hot tub was a huge hit for the whole family. I was also glad to see they had toys for babies because i completely forgot to bring the ones i had packed for my little guy. It was so much fun grilling out on the deck while the kids played in the hot tub. The central a/c workes way too good! We will absolutely be coming back! And there is a beautiful beach just a short drive down ...

„Our stay was amazing. Our hosts were perfect. All the information was so clear. The house was SUPER clean. They thought of everything from karaoke to pool or ping pong. Plenty of board games too. The beds are excellent and so comfortable. The deck had plenty of seating and dining for our family. They haven’t missed a thing. All you need in the kitchen is there. The hosts also were accommodating of our dogs. We will be back! We loved our stay. Miss it already. Cannot thank them ...

„Debbie and Dave were the most responsive hosts we have encountered during our many years of experience with vacation rentals. The property was comfortable, immaculate and so well stocked and equipped we thought we were home. The view from the, to say nothing about the sound of the water was simply wonderful and so peaceful. The neighborhood was quiet and safe for long walks and they even delivered a freshly laundered blanket for our pooch to sleep. Simply a wonderful stay that we hope to repeat.“

„We enjoyed our stay at Latitude 40. We were comfortable and close (less than 1 mile) to our venue. There were a number of choices for a place to eat, as well as a nearby grocery store. There were good kitchen facilities and adequate cooking supplies. The host had provided coffee and tea choices and 2 different coffee machines (including a Keurig for both coffee and tea). And the host provided a basket with a good selection of snacks. We would consider a return visit.“

„Our stay here was perfect. The house and location are amazing. The views are stunning and the amount of activities nearby are awesome. Our kids, 4 & 6 had an absolute blast. The house has a kids play room where they spent most of their inside time. Outside we would hang on the deck enjoying the view or go down to the dock and fish/swim or go to the beach (Rec1 was our favorite). Honestly don’t have one bad thing to say, we’re already planning our trip back next summer!“

A lot of thought went into making this cabin the perfect stay between the furniture to the beds to the kitchen and deck.
