• This suite is equipped to sleep 12 people comfortably; however, it has the capacity to sleep 14 if you utilize the sofas.

Nestled in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood, this home offers a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently located near major routes. Enjoy a safe, welcoming community ideal for families, with tree-lined streets and a relaxed atmosphere—just a short drive from the energy of Vancouver, yet perfectly tucked away for restful nights and easy mornings.

For getting around: we highly recommend using a car—it’s the easiest way to access the home, nearby attractions, and explore around Vancouver at your own pace. That said, there’s also a bus stop within walking distance if you prefer public transit. And once you`re closer to the city, Uber/Lyft (or local ride shares) are readily available for quick and convenient travel.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be 25 years of age or older to book. Message us if you’d like to discuss potential exceptions.
• ID Requirement: A picture of photo ID will be required upon booking.
• Incidental Deposit: An incidental deposit (fully refundable) may be required upon booking.
• Parking: 2 free parking slots are provided, and there is free parking on the street.
• Security: Exterior security cameras monitor movement 24/7 for added peace of mind.
• Separate Suite: There is a completely separate basement suite that is rented; while there is a door connecting the units downstairs they do not have access to the main house and vice versa as there is a two way lock.
• Crib Disclaimer (If crib is available at the property): Guests using a pack ’n play crib do so at their own risk. While we provide a clean and comfortable environment, we do not endorse any specific model and cannot guarantee their safety. Guests should review instructions carefully and take precautions to ensure their own safety. By using the crib, guests accept responsibility for any risks associated with its use.
