„We enjoyed our stay. It’s a well invested home. No shortcuts. Everything we needed was there and then some. It was decorated nicely. The only thing we noticed there seemed to be a leak on the covered porch. The entry rug needs to be changed. It is stained, the floors could stand a deeper scrubbing between stays. We needed a plumber on Friday after hours and one was sent. We would definitely stay here again. “

„This property is beautiful inside and out!Home had enough space for everyone. You will fall in love.Kitchen has all the bells and whistles. Any size pan, plate, bowl, cup,glass, utensils you need, it's there.Elevator was a huge asset to this vist. Disabled parent was able to explore home with ease.Rooms and beds were comfortable.Outside has a feel of a mini oasis. Pool was always inviting and temperature of water was perfect.Location of house to the beach was a great way to get a quick brisk ...

„We had the best stay! Property owner was very easy to communicate with! We decided once we arrived that we wanted to rent the extra golf cart. I messaged the owner and it was within minutes she got back to me & we were able to rent that golf cart as well! House was very clean and adorable! Pots, pans and silverware were available and we had everything we needed! Beach was less than a 5 minute walk! Amazing stay & amazing owners! Definitely recommend! “

„Family Matters was a great place for our family trip of 8 (6 adults, 2 kids). Check in could not have been easier with all details provided before our arrival. The quick walk to the beach was perfect for the mornings, and the pool quickly became our afternoon hangout spot. We enjoyed the view from the porch which was larger than expected. The house was clean and the kitchen is well supplied for preparing family meals. Overall the house was as advertised although we wish it had been more clear ...
