The Space:

The home features two oversized bedrooms, each with luxurious king beds and occasional seating, including a main bedroom with a queen bed and a private modern ensuite. An oversized lounge room offers the perfect place to relax, complete with a massive TV for movie nights after a day at the beach.



The perfectly stocked kitchen includes all the appliances you could need, making home-cooked meals a breeze. Outside, the private garden is ideal for unwinding in the evenings, with a BBQ and outdoor seating area perfect for relaxed coastal dinners.



With Surf Beach, scenic walking tracks, local cafes, and parks nearby—and Batemans Bay just a short drive away—this home is an ideal base for a relaxed and memorable South Coast escape.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the upstairs of the home. The laundry area is located downstairs and is accessible during your stay, as is the backyard. Please note that there is a flat under the house that is occupied, but this will not affect your stay.

Entry is simple and convenient via a secure lockbox. We will send you the access code through your booking platform and via text message just before your arrival.

With beautiful Surf Beach just a short walk from your front door. The location is exceptionally convenient, with essential shops and local eateries just steps away. You'll find an IGA for groceries, a chemist, a delicious Italian restaurant, and a classic fish & chips shop all within easy walking distance.



Getting Around:

The property is perfectly situated for you to explore on foot. For wider adventures, the heart of Batemans Bay is only a 5–7 minute drive away, offering more shops, restaurants, and attractions.

Pet-Friendly: Your furry friends are welcome to join the family holiday.

Linen: We provide all bed linen and bath towels. We kindly ask that you bring your own beach towels.

Starter Supplies: To get you started, the home is stocked with essentials like tea, coffee, body wash, toilet paper, and basic kitchen and laundry supplies. For any specific items you prefer, we recommend bringing them with you.

We respect your privacy and aim to provide a seamless, independent stay. While we won't be present at the property, we are always available via the booking platform or by phone if you have any questions or need assistance during your holiday.
