A fenced community garden with picnic area so very safe for the children to play in. Located just at the entry way to the unit complex is a take-away for that morning coffee fix. Just across the road behind this complex is the village of Surf beach shops with a bus stop. This property is so affordable, for that much needed getaway.

There is a new balcony off here which is a comfortable area to sit and relax, and enjoy the views. A well stocked kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare a quick snack or full meal.
