The pinnacle of views! No matter which way you turn in this beautiful penthouse apartment enjoy the stunning views of the ocean, hinterland and mountains.
Located just minutes from the beautiful Kings Beach and Bulcock Beach as well as the Caloundra CBD, this unit offers everything you need for a perfect holiday.
This penthouse apartment will sleep up to 6 people with 3 large bedrooms (2 Queen beds + 2 Single beds) and 2 spacious bathrooms both with walk in showers and a separate full sized bath in the ensuite. Unit 92 also offers a fully self contained kitchen with diswasher and microwave as well as air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
With a seamless transition from indoor to outdoor living, the outdoor area is truly unique with views out to the east over Kings Beach and then further to the north with views out to Mooloolaba.
Located on the top floor (Level 9) with lift access. Spacious balcony with sliding bi-fold doors. High ceilings with full floor to ceiling windows

Third bedroom: 2 Single beds
Bathrooms
Main bathroom: Toilet + walk-in shower
Ensuite: Toilet + walk in shower + bath
Linen
Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Undercover secure parking for 2 cars (Garage height 2.3m)
Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
