Our home is a 2 story Queenslander - which we rent out as either two separate apartments or one complete home. Upstairs is called - `Salty Kisses` Downstairs is called: `Sandy Toes` Complete home is called: ‘Sandy Toes & Salty Kisses’
We are ideally set up to suit multiple family / friends groups wanting to share a holiday together and keep the costs down.
Both apartments have separate sets of keys; therefore can be individually locked for your personal security. Please note there will be shared access to the pool and back yard areas when the apartments are booked separately.

Guests can be personally greeted upon arrival and given a tour of the property (during business hours). For arrivals outside of business hours, please contact our management team to see if other arrangements can be made. Our Manager is available throughout our guest`s stay to assist with any further questions.
Situated on the boarder of Marcoola and Mudjimba beaches, we get the best of both worlds. Our area is renowned for its relaxed community vibe, a true old fashion coastal town.
Both beaches have patrolled lifeguards that operate. Our beach also has Stunning views of Old Women Island and Mt Coolum. The beach is so close you can hear the waves break.
We have some seriously talented people in our area and have everything you need within walking distance from our beautiful coloured front gate, including, (free courtesy bus available for pick up if you are going to the Surf Club) all within walking distance from the house.

5 Mins down the road: ‘Marcoola Market’ which is a funky Street Food Market. Marcoola Market is relaxed Friday evening celebration of food, music and good times. Enjoy the best international flavours at the beachside market – Kids can play in the playground while your chilling eating and listening to music. On every Friday evening from 4pm-8pm, this outdoor food market is the perfect place to relax after a long week. Also right near the Surf Club where you can pop in for a ale or two! Catch the Courtesy Bus home.
All within 10 mins from our home: 3 Golf Courses within 5 mins drive - Twin Waters Golf Club, Maroochy River Golf Club, Plamer Coolum Golf Club. Bli Bli Watersports Complex -Where you can ski or wake board by being towed by an overhead cable system. Aqua Park - is a series of inflatable slides, runways, jumping pillows and bouncers all connected together and floating in a large sectioned off area of a lake. The Barra Fishing Park, which is the only catch and release Barra fishing in SE QLD.
Climb the beautiful ‘Mount Coolum’ - Mount Coolum is an awe-inspiring volcanic dome that presides over the Sunshine Coast landscape. Climbing to the top of this 25 million year old laccolith is a must-do when visiting the region - the views from the top are absolutely spectacular! Skirmish, Segway tours, Surfing School and much much more… Climb a mountain, swim in the Ocean, play some golf, Take a sunset walk along the beach, do some boutique shopping, play Skirmish, or go on a Segway tour…and much more… all within 10 mins of our home – The kids won’t get bored!
Your main mode of transport will be your thongs! There are lots of ways you can explore our beautiful coastline eg. surfing it, walking, jogging or cycling.
Jumping on a bike and riding along part of our beautiful ‘Coastal Pathway’ which stretches a massive 96kms - Very popular with cyclists. The pathway runs beside beaches, parks and leisure areas. Some sections of the Coastal Pathway are on-road to cater for the cyclists - - something not to be missed.
You can get access to all parts of the coast via public buses. We have a bus stops within walking distance. Regular routes can take you from Caloundra right through to Noosa and Hinterlands. Uber is also active on the Sunshine Coast.
You can get access to most parts of the coast eg: 25 minutes to Noosa National Park, 15 mins to Sunshine Plaza (the biggest shopping Centre on the Sunshine Coast). Which also has a cinema.

We have a check-in time between 2-5.00pm. Please let us know if you are unable to make this time frame and we can see what can be arranged??
We will have our property manager meet you on arrival, to hand over the keys and show your through the property answering any questions you may have. Please note that our property manager is available everyday from 9am – 5.30pm to assist you with any queries otherwise I can be contacted directly via the Airbnb message service.
We would truly appreciate it if you could follow these house rules and confirm that it has been reviewed WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you, our guest, will have the option of cancelling the booking penalty free as we have a Strict Cancellation policy.

- STRICTLY NO PARTIES or Events to be held at our home - no illegal activity or inappropriate anti-social behaviour either please. - If guests are found to have had a party which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges (if needed - additional to security deposit) and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbours, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY with no refund. - If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY with no refund.
– Noise levels must be considerate, especially at night; as this is our home and we are in a suburban setting - We like to keep our neighbours as friends..Noise is to be Kept to a minimum after 10pm. We are super friendly with our neighbours and both have our Property Mangers phone numbers in case of any such event.
– GARDENS: We LOVE LOVE LOVE our gardens. We have collected things from all over the world and included them in our gardens for everyone to see,. We know you will love our gardens too – hopefully as much as we do! Please be mindful not to walk or place objects on any of our plants. Please don’t let the kids break branches or pull any leaves off our plants. Some of them have taken us a long time to grow. Please keep an eye on small children when in the garden spaces.
- NO GLASS IN THE POOL area – (Extra cleaning fees will apply if glass is found)
- NO SMOKING inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
