My complaint is more with the property management than actual property. Had received no check in details one hour before check in so had to chase them down myself. After three hour drive to property find that there isn’t a real bed in second bedroom and a dangerous looking high portable bed less width than a standard single set up. It creaked and wobbled when I sat on it and it was as hard as an ironing board. Not possible for an adult to sleep in and a child would injure themselves falling out ( highly probable due to height). Rang emergency AH property management. They said, oh yes, the bed had broken and had not yet been replaced (hence sad mattress up against the wall next to ironing board posing as a bed). They said they thought a email had been sent to inform me but new ‘system’ was causing issues with email delivery. They had my mobile numbe but didn’t call. offered a roll away trundle or an alternative property that looked like a crack house for more money! Had to spend the evening frantically securing alternative accom for the week. Needed to pay almost twice as much. A week latter, I’m still chasing up part of my refund. About the property itself:
Pros:
1. Walking distance to Kings beach and cafes
2. Recently renovated nicely
3. Very reasonable rate for position
Cons:
1. You need to be a professional driver to get small car in garage
2. No air conditioning so stuffy
3. No wifi
4. Situated on busy intersection
5. Terrible property management and communication
