Great location. Walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with all the comforts of home. Even though there was no reception on site, hosts were always contactable by phone to meet all requests promptly. Thank you.

The property was a described. Great value, clean and close to king's beach. The only criticism would be that foxtel dropped out several times mid viewing. Perhaps something like Netflix would be a better fit. Otherwise it was a great stay. Thanks

Roomy, clean. Well laid out two bedroom apartment. Spacious balcony with beautiful view of kings beach. Pool small but really nice, just too noisy with more than 5 present. Good parking, nice grounds. Apartment could do with a spruce up, new paint and a nicer bathroom but no complaints on the cost!

Centrally located with only a 5 minute walk to either the beach or shops/restaurants. Impressed with the room - very clean and presentable and plenty of room for our family of 4. Happy to stay again

We had a fantastic time - everything we needed was here - it is fantastically located and reception staff were lovely and helpful. Single Beds were firm but queen soft.

It's a good place to stay at, especially for surfers. You can actually check the waves out from your room, before walking down to the beach and its only a 5minute walk.

Great apartment with view of Kings Beach
I stayed in the two bedroom apartment in July so winter with my two teenage daughters. We loved it. There was everything we needed and more - including a tea pot which is pretty much my standard of above standard level equipment provided. Everything worked, everything was clean. The view down to the beach was terrific and we enjoyed even the blustery days, watching a magnificent pair of White Breasted Sea Eagles taking advantage of the stiff inshore breeze. We were after an affordable beach holiday away from the noise and bustle of somewhere like the Gold Coast and this is exactly what we found. We could walk to the shops at Caloundra and the cinema or just walk along the great esplanade the council has provided. I paid slightly more for the full beach view and it was so worth it with 180+ panoramas. We appreciated the trolley provided to get our stuff up in the elevator, not to mention Denis and Madeline's friendly service. The free wifi was of minimal use but as our point was to spend time away as a family this was not an issue for us. There were more than enough things to watch on the Foxtel channels provided. Comfy beds, good security, good parking. All in all a really relaxed, all needs catered for holiday. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here in two, 2 bedroom apartments with our children and partners and our grand children. We all congregated in one unit most of the time and there was plenty of room. We settled on this unit because it was one of the better priced places we could find and we were not disappointed. Location was excellent with an easy walk to Kings Beach. Good views also.

Highly Recommend, Great Location, Great Unit!
This unit was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. The unit was fresh and clean, has a wonderful view and is located in a great area. The only problem I would say was the dryer was a bit noisy. So we couldn't dry clothes late at night. The gentleman in the office was absolutely terrific and went over and above to make our stay memorable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this or any of the other units in this apartment block. I'm not too sure if it could be a hazard but a patio heater or blind to keep the heat or cold/rain out of the patio would have been a blessing, but I thought there may have been a law against having a patio heater.
