The Space:

**Note from 9 November 2026: Guests are welcome to use the Kurrambah pool while the Timana pool is closed for resurfacing of the pool surrounds.*



Recently renovated with a fresh coastal aesthetic, this bright and welcoming townhouse has been thoughtfully designed for relaxed holiday living. Plantation shutters, timber flooring, and an open-plan layout create a light-filled space, while contemporary finishes provide all the comforts of home.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay and features a generous island bench and dining area, making it easy to gather together after a day exploring Noosa. Sliding doors open onto the private outdoor patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow for morning coffee or relaxed afternoon drinks.



The townhouse comfortably accommodates up to four guests across two spacious bedrooms:



Bedroom 1 (Master): Features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a second TV, and peaceful leafy views across the park opposite.



Bedroom 2: Includes two single beds, making it ideal for children, friends, or additional guests.



Bathroom: The spacious bathroom includes a shower, vanity, toilet, and integrated laundry facilities with both a washing machine and dryer for added convenience.



Guests can enjoy access to the resort's fantastic shared facilities, including three swimming pools, a tennis court, BBQ areas, and beautifully maintained tropical gardens. Whether you're cooling off after a beach day or enjoying a family barbecue, there's plenty of space to relax throughout your stay.



Additional features include air conditioning in the living area and both bedrooms, ceiling fans throughout, complimentary Wi-Fi, and one allocated parking space.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire townhouse, including one allocated parking space. The three swimming pools, tennis court, and BBQ facilities are shared with other guests within the resort.



The Neighborhood:

Located just a short stroll from the beautiful Noosa River, you'll be perfectly positioned to enjoy the relaxed Noosaville lifestyle. Wander along Gympie Terrace, where you'll find an excellent selection of cafés, restaurants, boutiques, and waterside dining. Families will love the nearby river beaches and playgrounds, including the popular Pirate Park, while paddleboard, kayak, and boat hire are all close by. Noosa Village Shopping Centre, featuring Woolworths, Dan Murphy's, a pharmacy, and other everyday conveniences, is also within easy walking distance.



Getting Around:

The Noosa River is less than a five-minute walk from the townhouse, while a nearby bus stop (approximately 100 metres away) provides easy access to Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach. Alternatively, it's around a five-minute drive to both Hastings Street and the beach.



Other Things to Note:

*Unfortunately, we cannot accept Schoolies bookings or similar groups.



*Guests are required to comply with local council regulations and the property house rules during their stay.



*Please note the townhouse is located on Noosa Parade, so some daytime traffic noise may be experienced. Evenings are generally quiet.



*Please note that to stay with us, guests will be required to complete a check-in form prior to arrival. Access details will only be provided once this form has been completed.
