Situated in a private complex, this Tuscan inspired townhouse is close to everything in the heart of Sunshine Beach and the views are incredible

Split across 3 levels and with a private rooftop terrace, the property sleeps up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms.

Two of the bedrooms are in the main house and two are on the ground floor with a separate entrance and courtyard.

With terracotta floor tiles and cool white walls, reminiscent of a traditional Mediterranean villa complete with the sounds and smells of the ocean – Birdie is fuss-free beach perfection.

Ascending the curved entry staircase to the first level brings you to the living area where there is a comfortable lounge, dining area and the fully-equipped kitchen.

The living area opens out onto a balcony with an outdoor lounge setting . Enjoy the spectacular views out to sea and early morning sunrises. There is also a small balcony that opens out from the kitchen, allowing lots of through-air in the summertime.

On the upper level of Birdie, you’ll find the bedrooms and main bathroom. The master suite, featuring a King bed and beautiful mezzanine tiled bathroom, with expansive views of the ocean. The ensuite includes both a large walk-in shower and bath.

Bedroom 2 features 2 x single bed and also has its own balcony (overlooking the front of the complex) with direct access to the main bathroom, providing a spacious walk-in shower.

On the top level of the house, there are two private rooftop terraces facing east and west where you can sit & enjoy the best view in Sunshine Beach.

A clever addition to this house is the ground floor studio, featuring a set of 2 bunks & an additional room with double bed. An adjoining bathroom doubles as the laundry with a washer and dryer. Featuring its own entrance adjacent to the main house entrance, the studio can also be accessed by stairs that lead from the private courtyard at the rear up to the first level of the main house.

The complex has its own pool (with shallow entry – great for younger children) and there is a lovely grassed area next to the pool enjoy the afternoon sun and the tropical garden.

Birdie is a special home and centrally located in the centre of Sunshine Beach village – a short stroll to the patrolled beach and wonderful Sunshine Beach Surf Club and plenty uber cool cafes & bars – the perfect holiday destination and only a 7-10 min drive to Hastings St – Noosa.
