This lovely ground-floor beachfront studio has a patio and private access, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. It offers quick access to the beach, shopping and dining options. On-site amenities include a heated pool, and the apartment is fully air-conditioned and well-equipped, creating a laid-back coastal vibe whether you're at the beach or using the resort's facilities.

We provide clean linen and bath towels, along with a starter pack of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and soaps for your convenience.

If you’re like me and enjoy bringing a few extras to the beach, I’ve included beach chairs, an umbrella, and sunscreen to make your day more comfortable.
There’s also the option of just a beach towel if you prefer to enjoy it without the extras.

You're just a short walk away from the best coffee on the Sunshine Coast – right at your doorstep. Plus, there are surfboards available for hire next door, perfect whether you're a beginner or have some experience riding the waves.

Check-in and check-out times must be strictly adhered to unless prior arrangements have been made, as cleaners need access for other guests.
Failure to return keys promptly or loss of keys will incur a $50 fee.

Surf Clubs: A short walk takes you to nearby surf clubs at Alexandra Headland and Mooloolaba, where you can relax with a drink, enjoy a meal, and soak up the coastal vibe.
