THE SPACE

Indulge in the epitome of relaxation with our stunning electric heated swimming pool, boasting a heat pump for year-round enjoyment. Measuring an impressive 8m x 4m and 1.7m deep, this aquatic oasis beckons you to unwind and soak up the sunshine. Step out onto the expansive entertaining deck with a TV, where you can bask in the serene surroundings while watching the little ones splashing in the pool.

Inside, the charm continues with a thoughtfully laid-out floor plan designed for an easy holiday. Downstairs, you'll find all four bedrooms, each offering a cozy retreat for rest and rejuvenation. The main bedroom boasts a walk-in robe and en-suite, while the remaining bedrooms share a spacious main bathroom with a shower, bath, and separate toilet. A convenient laundry adds to the practicality of your stay.

Venture upstairs to discover the heart of the home – a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and main living room. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

HEATING/COOLING
There is one reverse cycle split system in the main living area, three wall-mounted electric heaters in bedrooms 1,2 and 4, plus a mobile heater in the downstairs living area. There is also a wood heater in the upstairs living room and three ceiling fans in bedrooms 1 and 3 the upstairs living room.

GUEST ACCESS
This home sleeps nine guests across six bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: One King bed
Bedroom 2: One Tri-bunk bed
Bedroom 3: Two Single beds
Bedroom 4: One Queen bed

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels, hand towels, and bathmats. Refer to the home's description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a complete linen set for $30 per bed, including a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, including one bath towel and two tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom, including a bathmat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

Ask management for additional pricing if the stay is longer than seven days. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours notice, as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home. Therefore, unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home quickly. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay, and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.

GETTING AROUND
There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties, or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we have reserved the right to evict guests.

Booking reservations can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.
