„Overall it was a good start. Very quiet area for the most part. I feel it safe and able to walk at night. Sufficient space but there is no pullout couch. There’s only two beds, queen and full. No way 6 people can sleep without an additional inflatable. Furniture was ok. Kitchen was ok but there were ants and mold. Bathroom was pretty clean. Had an issue with parking one day. Overall it was a good stay. The property needs deep cleaning and upkeep.“

„We had a lovely relaxing stay. It is close to the airport and the other areas of Ft. Lauderdale that we visited. The neighborhood was quiet. Aside from having the expected items (dining items, pots and pans, towels and bedding) there were pool supplies and other things that you might need and have forgotten, like plastic baggies, tea bags, and Band-Aids. The door lock battery died while we were there and I messaged Peter, who called me within 5 minutes to arrange a time to come and fix it and ...

„Disappointing. The photos do not reflect the actual condition of the property, which is in great need of maintenance and repairs with some hazards. The shades in the photos are pulled for a reason. Lack of care and cleanliness both inside and out. I was there for work and distracted by the hours spent vacating the property for cleaning, repairs, shopping for basics stated were included, but missing, and communicating with the host and VRBO. Positives were the location and quiet neighborhood. “

„Neighborhood did not meet expectations. Unit was recently “flipped” but not quit completed. No outlets in bathroom, no mirrors in the bedroom, very limited dishes and towels are worn. Left us with a “college dorm room” experience with regards to the amenities.“
