Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
The location works for skiing but this is one of the furthest buildings among the advertised ski in ski out properties making access less convenient than expected. The electronic door code frequently malfunctioned often taking 10 to 15 attempts to unlock and the bathroom fan did not work at all. Several blankets had visible marks and stains so we bought our own. There were no instructions in the listing or messages requiring guests to wash dishes run the dishwasher or take out garbage beyond basic tidying and we already paid a cleaning fee yet were later told we owed extra cleaning charges. After checkout the host demanded significant money for torn couch cushions a broken dishwasher and extra cleaning. Importantly the torn cushions claim related only to wear in the fabric underneath the sofa frame not the seating cushions an area not visible or used by guests. The photos had no timestamps or before check in images the cushion document was only an estimate with no work done and the dishwasher claim relied on a single photo with no technician report. Based on this lack of evidence the process felt like an attempt to extract money rather than a legitimate claim and charges are in dispute through Vrbo. Future guests should proceed with caution clarify expectations in advance and document the unit at check in. We also cleaned dishes throughout our stay and these basic issues should have been addressed before hosting guests.
