The bed is a little high for some but fine for us. There are steps up, which you would expect. The outer hut areas have yet to see any grass, unlike a general area with oicnic benches that are grassed. Overall excellent value. “

„What a hidden gem! We were pleasantly surprised to find this at such a great price the day we needed it. Yes some areas of the hotel are a little tired but we loved it. A lift, air conditioning, lovely spacious room and the pool…. Wow! The restaurant was great valve for the evening meal as was the complimentary breakfast. There was nothing here we didn’t like. We wished we could have done 2 nights here! Thank you team we had a wonderful stay over. “

"Very nice location for exploring Oxfordshire. Typical English country hotel with good breakfast options and clean spacious rooms. Beware of the extra charge of 30 pounds per night for an extra bed. We booked for three people via Expedia and we’re not informed beforehand about that. It was only on the booking confirmation in very fine print.
Breakfast staff was nice, did not have much interaction with the rest of staff. There were some problems with our booking dates so I think we ended up with a different smaller room, but did not have to pay the charge for the extra bed as a compensation.
There are a lot of groups staying one night only so breakfast can get busy and noisy. I was a bit disappointed about the bread selection, toast and small sweet things only, no bagels or crumpets but that may be only me. On the whole I‘d stay there again as it is a really great location for seeing places by rental car."
