„The experience was unlike any I have had with the other company. The house was impeccably, clean, and unlike many other places, they went out of their way to leave items that normally you have to buy. There was coffee and snacks, shampoo and body wash. It just felt like a place you could stay as soon as you walked in. Then after I left, I noticed I had some medical equipment and they went out of their way to mail me the next day. Unbelievable I look forward to staying there again. Thank you.“

„We stayed here for VT graduation and could not have picked a better place. The lodge is wonderful- clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The view outside is gorgeous and there is so much to do. Our kids loved playing frisbee and feeding the goats and donkeys. Our grad loved the Hokie decor, and the grandparents loved the beauty, peace, and quiet. We are already makign plans to come back.“

„I make frequent trips to Bristol. This visit was significantly highlighted by staying in this downtown loft. The loft is well located, very well furnished but had a bit(or more) of "Bristol" ambience to top it all off. Great hosts. Would love to stay again if the opportunity arises.“

"Nach den Bildern im Internet waren wir wahrscheinlich im falschen Hotel.... Die Bilder haben teilweise nicht der Wahrheit entsprochen. Unser Zimmer war in einem schlechten Zustand und sollte dringend renoviert werden. Insbesondere war das Frühstück eine Frechheit. Es hatte nicht einmal den Standard continental. Verglichen mit den Bildern im Internet grenzt dass schon fast an Betrug. Als Stammkunde bei hotels.com mit insgesamt Übernachtungen im dreistelligen Bereich, hat es das Hotel in die Top 3 meiner schlechtesten Hotels geschafft. "
