„Lack of adequate accessible parking. No access to elevator at back of hotel. Disabled and frail guests have to walk the entire length of the hotel at night to get to an elevator. I was concerned for my safety in the parking lot at night. Management has not returned my phone calls which suggests lack of concern for service complaints.“

„Everything was lovely“

„Had a great time. The place was situated close enough for us to enjoy the Stratford festival, it had everything we needed including an amazing restaurant with delicious menu.“

„Love this place and Logan was just a text/call away. They are open for feedback, as they are new owners. This room was perfect for our overnight stay but I'd stay longer. I will be back!“

„Alles prima. Zimmer sauber, sehr freundlich Personal, genug Parkplätze. Viele Möglichkeiten um zu Fuß Restaurants zu erreichen. Sehr gerne wieder!“

„Very nice stay! Friendly personnel and cosy, individual atmosphere! We enjoyed every minute of the stay!“

„We had a great stay at this Home2 Suites by Hilton. The hotel is new, clean, and well maintained, with spacious rooms and friendly, welcoming staff. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and a great option for anyone looking for a clean, modern hotel with good service.“

„Very clean, comfortable stay.“

„It’s a room with a bed…it was clean and at this price point in this area- you cannot ask for more.“

„Wieder sehr freundlich, sehr sauber und angenehm. Vielen Dank“

There was no heat in the room or bathroom. Housekeeping was not up to par as they did not even check the bathroom amenities properly as when I checked into the room, there was no bath towels and the body wash ran out and not even a spare soap was provided. No shower cap either. I was quite ...

„Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer (130) welches das große Fenster direkt zur Straße mit den Geschäften und Restaurants hatte. Alle Fußgänger flanieren somit 10cm an unserem Fenster vorbei. Somit müssten die Vorhänge immer geschlossen bleiben. Da“

„Wir waren auf der Durchreise, Hotelzimmer war ok für eine Nacht. Waren im Nebengebäude untergebracht, welches ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen ist. “

„A very cosy location,Maryville is a really nice village with a nice store just next door to the hotel . The B&B is not bad although in the pictures it looked a bit better and I can't really share the reviews that call it outstanding. For that a bit more consideration for details would be needed. Apart from the AC that was directed towards the bed and could not be turned off the main turn off was that the breakfast area was a shared living room of the owner. Just a personal feeling, perhaps many ...
