„Seth was quick with and on time with all the house information. The home is in a nice neighborhood, a lot quieter than I expected. You can tell he is updating and adding things to make the home more comfortable for guests. We would stay here again the the time comes. Also, just a few blocks away is probably one of the best coffee shops, The Madison Place. And a few minutes away is Golden Hands Bakery, also top tier! “

„Very unique and quaint little home. We definitely prefer to support local businesses when we travel. I would recommend arriving in daylight, as it was easy to get turned around a bit in the dark. Definitely has an early 1900's decor vibe. “

„This was are second stay here. The location is so close to the major highways in Dayton, which was wonderful! The house is very comfortable. The little extra things like coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided was a bonus. I definitely recommend this cute home!“
