„We visited 3 days as a family of 4 and never did they replace the towels, empty trash nor straighten beds. We had to ask for extra coffee for the morning (staff politely supplied) and the coffee machine in the breakfast area did not have regular coffee, just decaf. The room smelled musty and the wall air conditioner was not very cooling.“

„The staff was very friendly. I was very pleased to see that the Bistro Bar was actually open until 10 p.m. i had stayed at other locations that advertised the Bistro Bar being open until 10 pm only to find they had closed between 7:30 and 8:00 just prior to my arrival. The Bistro is one of my deciding factors in booking Courtyard, so the Cincinnati Courtyard is tops in my stays. “
